These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CardWiz browser extension and the website cardwiz.in (collectively, the "Service"), operated by CardWiz ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CardWiz is an informational tool that recommends which of your credit/debit cards may offer the best reward or discount on a given online purchase, and provides bill due-date reminders. The Service is for informational purposes only. We do not process payments, store full card numbers or CVV, or access your bank accounts. Reward rates and offers shown are estimates based on publicly available card information and may change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use CardWiz. The Service is intended for users in India.
Some features (such as Cloud Sync) require signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse-engineering it for malicious purposes, attempting to disrupt our systems, or using it for any unlawful activity. CardWiz operates in a read-only manner on supported shopping sites and never fills forms or enters payment details on your behalf.
CardWiz may include affiliate links (e.g. Amazon Associates). If you make a purchase through such a link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the impartiality of our card recommendations.
CardWiz is not a bank, financial institution, or financial advisor. Recommendations are informational and do not constitute financial advice. Always verify offers and terms with your card issuer before making decisions. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information shown.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on reward estimates, offers, or reminders shown by the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
