💳 CardWiz — Cancellation & Refunds

In short: CardWiz Premium is a digital subscription. You can cancel anytime to stop future
billing. Because access is granted instantly, fees already charged are generally non-refundable,
but we review genuine issues case-by-case.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your CardWiz Premium subscription at any time from the extension ("More" tab)
or by emailing us.
- On cancellation, your Premium benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
You will not be charged again after that.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged at all.
2. Refunds
CardWiz Premium is a digital service activated immediately upon payment. As such:
- Subscription fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods.
- If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after a timely
cancellation), we will refund the affected amount in full.
3. How to request a refund
Email gurpreetsj8871@gmail.com from the address
linked to your account, with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment partner
(Razorpay) and typically appear within 5–7 business days.
4. Free version
The free version of CardWiz remains available and fully functional even if you cancel Premium.
